Archer Western a member of The Walsh Group is currently seeking INTERNS for our IT Department in the DALLAS REGIONAL OFFICE.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Interns will learn about multiple career paths in our company, and will be trained to become a full-time employee after college graduation. Some duties and responsibilities include:

• Office application support
• Overall maintenance of computer equipment
• Video conferencing support
• Technical support for internal and external customers
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and gather all information necessary and escalate to the next level if need be.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Seeking a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or similar field is preferred
• Exceptional customer service etiquette and responsiveness is A MUST
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service oriented field
• Windows 7/10, Office 2016 and Office 365 experience. Networking and Windows servers tools experience
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Must have a strong ability to work with many customers including guests and business partners in addition to supporting your team
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week; Flexible with School schedule
