MARKETING INTERN - SUMMER 2022

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formats & proofreads content to upload to company Intranet & brand website (news, blogs, project information); refreshes company headshots
• Utilizes InDesign templates to create Living the Values certificates, online visuals, & other design materials as needed
• Assists with writing social media copy & designing branded posts
• Edits videos as needed for company meetings, website posts, and social media posts
• Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization

DURATION:

• This internship would take place in the summer of 2022
• Recommended duration: 10-13 weeks
• Must have the ability to work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM for the summer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, studying Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related program
• InDesign experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook) preferred
• Must be self-motivated & results-oriented
