As MARKETING INTERN, RECRUITING, you’ll play an instrumental role in helping Beacon Building Products, a Fortune 500 company, become an employer of choice and reach top talent. Our team’s core mission is to build quality candidate pipelines through innovative marketing strategies that attract and engage top talent. This is a great opportunity to put your writing and content development skills to work as you assist in content creation, copy development, and ensure that all materials support our career brand and employee value proposition. TheMARKETING INTERN, RECRUITING will report directly to the Director of Recruitment Marketing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Assist in the development of recruitment marketing assets, including social media content, email campaigns, employment advertisements, print materials
Support recruitment marketing team with planning, execution and optimization of campaigns
Enthusiastically take on all assignments with a positive, solution-focused attitude
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Minimum of 3 years college completion
Marketing, Communications, Public Relations majors preferred
Excellent English writing/grammar/editing skills
Bilingual proficiency a plus
Ability to analyze data, think critically and propose solutions
Previous corporate work experience preferred
Upbeat, curious, creative, learning attitude
This is a paid, part-time, remote internship with flexible hours.
