Project Engineer Intern (Kansas City, MO)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Filling out daily reports
• Assisting in writing RFI’s
• Filing field paperwork
• Coding time
• Updating As-Build drawings
• Tracking of production, identifying problems, projecting remaining cost
• Preparing the three-week look ahead
• Updating daily projects schedule
• Participating in weekly safety meetings
• Creating a capstone project presentation
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be actively pursuing a degree from a college or university in the summer of 2022, related to a Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant program
• Physical demands for this position may be heavy
• Physical exertion such as long periods of standing; lifting of heavy items, walking over rough, uneven or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, climbing or similar activities.
• The work may require specific but common physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity.
