    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Creating project management documentation that may include schedules, material purchases, cost management, progress charts, and more
    • Coordinating and communicating with owners, vendors, crews, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion
    • Conducting workplace inspections assessing quantity and specification/quality, percent completion by subcontractors, and safety compliance
    • Developing operations and maintenance manuals and as-builts, as required
    • Exercising initiative, as directed, to perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization

    Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience. Related fields such as Mechanical Engineering or Construction Science Management are preferred. 

    Scope: Responsible for own work only; expenses, and to a large extent results, are closely controlled by work procedures and standards; may make some budgetary recommendations.

    Physical Demands: Physical demands for this position are heavy. Physical exertion such as long periods of standing; lifting of heavy items (50-75 pounds), walking over rough, uneven or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, climbing or similar activities. The work may require specific but common physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity.

    Work Environment: Standard project site environment that may include machinery, parts and chemicals. May require protective gear.
