    This summer you will have the exciting opportunity to work on after-sales operations with the service team, in our new emerging business Builder Market. You will help define the core values and importance of providing and measuring superior service to B2B and B2C Consumers. You will support the team with identifying efficient ways to visualize data sets in single-view for executives. You will find ways to minimize manual processes to update a variety of reports and implement creative ideas to generate service marketing contents that will be distributed to the field by utilizing multiple channels and upload them on to the website.

    General Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Support the field team by providing updated data showing volume of the sales by region
    • Enhance manual processes to increase time efficiencies on updating reports
    • Create survey questions to find the improvement points to be executed with proven data analysis
    • Service marketing contents to be uploaded onto the websites and distributed to the partners
    • Help develop a new website for our retail and sales partners

  • Qualifications
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Marketing
    • Intermediate Excel skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Marketing and/or Consulting experience a plus
    • Strong Communication skills written and verbal
    • Must be enrolled in an accredited University
    • Proper work authorization
    • Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA
    • Attend New Hire Orientation on first day
