You will need to work together with the local & global Design, Business and Market teams in scoping opportunities in experience design, co-creating with them and with stakeholders. You will be specifically paying special attention to large scale multi function buildings, commercial and office environments, urban areas, stadiums, bridges, monuments, hospitals and museums. It is expected that you accompany or lead visits to existing or potential customers, nurture relationships with them and architects & designers should they exist. It is also expected that you have a quick grasp of complex architectural spaces and their uses, and creatively conceptualize solutions built on user experience best practices.

You should be capable of sketching, illustrating, modeling, rendering innovative ways to visualize lighting and beyond illumination experience, communicating these ideas in a well structured manner, throughout several stages of the project from concept to specification, connecting all relevant information while expressing the user experience of the design solution. Most importantly, you need to have a consultative mindset and a winning attitude. Should the project evolve, it is expected that you continue to engage with internal and external partners, and with the customer, so that there is a seamless transition of design content, working closely with the teams in charge of implementation and maintenance, ensuring design intent is maintained and dynamic.

    You will:
