As First Line Support Specialist you are responsible for performing skilled First Line Support on our Global Services. You will enable the seamless ticket resolution for our businesses and are the spokesperson to these businesses on behalf of the global services. Furthermore, you are the enabler of proactive communication and prevent situations from becoming an issue through engagement, monitoring, and giving timely information.

For this role, we are looking for an ambitious candidate, with the right combination of competencies, experience and potential to grow.

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management or related discipline
• 0-3 years of business, Internship/Co-op, or IT work experience
• You have knowledge of SAP as well as on how skilled first line support enables creating and sustaining business value.
• Finally, you have proven ability to first line support services and processes to enhance stakeholder value.
