    We have an exciting opportunity for a person who is eager to roll up their sleeves and join a fun team that is tackling the challenges and opportunities of a growing and evolving industry.

    Your Responsibilities

    You will partner with other marketing teams to collect data on marketing effectiveness, drive efficiencies within the department, and establish best practices for effective marketing.

    Your Team

    The immediate team includes working with a Director, Marketing Operations as well as Product Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, Marketing Communications, Digital, and Channel teams.

    Job Responsibilities

    Data Analytics and Reporting:

    • Work in tandem with Marketing Operations Lead to develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports across marketing activities to demonstrate effectiveness and business impact and enable data-driven decisions throughout the marketing team.

    • Measure performance of overall Marketing initiatives through a regular cadence of dashboards and other key metrics

    Process improvement:

    • Design, develop and maintain core marketing operations processes to support collaboration and communication throughout the marketing and operations teams.

    • Have a desire and ability to solve complicated problems independently and know when to ask for help and escalate issues when necessary.

    Benchmarking:

    • Benchmark current marketing activities, performance and investment against industry best practices and, through gap analysis, develop a roadmap for improvements

  • Qualifications
    • Pursuing a Masters Degree with emphasis on Business Administration, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
    • Stellar organizational skills
    • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited direction.
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with some understanding of marketing success measurements and goals.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to give persuasive presentations.
    • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, many with competing deadlines.
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills; the ability to clearly articulate updates and action plans, and make arguments with data.
    • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required as well as proficiency with the entire MS Office suite.
