• Collaborate with full-time engineering team to plan and execute bench-level tests to learn rapidly
• Design components, and run CAD
• Learn and execute GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis on arts being designed
• Participate in DFMEA and DFM reviews
• Find prototyping methods for critical components
• Project-manage field testing, including alpha and early beta testing.

• You have spent time in a machine shop, and know how to build things with your hands
• You are intensely organized
• You've used CAD extensively, preferably Solidworks
