  • Responsibilities

    We’re currently hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern to help us manage our Social Media Presence and Community. You’ll work closely with our Communications Director in developing a social content strategy and calendar for each of our major social channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Meetup, Wordpress for blog and more.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take charge of social media content day-to-day, including creating content, posting, active monitoring, responding to, and distribution of followers feedback.

    • Support Communications Director in execution of paid social activity later this year (e.g., promoted posts, contests, etc.).

    • Competitive analysis of both social marketing strategy and creative assets generate by our competitors and other best-in-class delivery startups; make recommendations for changes to our strategy and campaigns (e.g., social contests, content, etc.).

    • Work on generating reports from both paid and unpaid social engagement (what’s working and what’s not based on insights from our performance metrics).

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree (pending – ok) in marketing, communications, journalism or related field

    • Exceptional writing skills, organizational skills, and ability to manage several tasks at once

    • Knowledge of design software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator;

    • Must be in the know of current design trends

    • Proficiency with social media platforms, familiar with Hootsuite

    • Bilingual (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) applicants preferred, not required
