    Position Summary and Project Details:

    This summer you will have the exciting opportunity to work in our Logistics team, specifically in Reverse Logistics and Product Returns. You will support the team in researching the causes of subsequent product damage, i.e. additional damage to product after it has been returned from the customer and graded by quality assurance. Your contribution will be to identify the root causes and develop countermeasures to correct the issues which will have a significant impact on the operations, the logistics network and our customers.

    General Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Observations and documentation of areas where additional damage occurs
    • Quantification of these defects and its impact on the operations and our customers
    • Recommend improvements on the assessment of product quality
    • Recommend sustainable process and system improvements

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics
    • Problem Solving skills, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Methods, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
    • Warehouse Operations experience a plus
    • Experience with Home Appliances a plus

    Internship Eligibility:

    • Must be enrolled in an accredited University
    • Must have proper work authorization
    • Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA
    • Attend New Hire Orientation on first day
