    As an intern on the University Recruiting team you will be responsible for managing logistics for virtual and in-person campus engagement events, communicating with the incoming intern class through monthly newsletters, and content planning for the University Relations team.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, facilitate and execute virtual and onsite hiring and campus engagement events
    • Build and maintain relations with key university partners
    • Communicate and share information with incoming interns through monthly newsletters
    • Posting Internship/Entry Level positions via electronic job boards at target campuses
    • Tracking a detailed information spreadsheet for incoming and current Intern and Entry Level hires
    • Tracking work authorization expiration dates for international students
    • Content planning for the University Recruiting team
    • Assist in planning and implementing events for participants in our intern and early careers programs

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Well-organized and self-starting, and have an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a learning mentality
    • Have professional or personal experience working in a customer-focused environment

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications

    • Previous experience planning and executing large-scale events
    • Previous work experience or internships in a related field is a plus
