    ABOUT THE INTERN PROGRAM

We want you to have a great summer, and learn the professional skills that will help you launch your career, while at the same time contributing to the success of the Seventh Generation business. All interns will go through an extensive orientation process that immerses you into the company’s mission, vision, values and culture. You will also be paired with a manager and mentor that will guide your way through the internship. Consistent feedback and coaching are a key part of your internship experience. Throughout the ten week program, you will work side by side with your manager on both short and long term projects that tie back to the larger strategic goals of the company and the individual department. At the culmination of the summer, the interns are tasked to share their summer-long project in a presentation to the Company. In addition, you will be part of the Seventh Generation community, and will participate in community meetings and professional, social, and volunteer events as appropriate.

The internship program is a 40 hour per week commitment for 10 weeks from June 13th to August 19th.
