This role will have responsibility for transforming the way our brand shows up in the eyes, and hearts of consumers. The core part of the role is to think disruptively about what our brands need to be for the next decade – helping define and land Brand purpose (Say and Do), revisiting Brand Communication and Consumer Engagement Models, and briefing and working with agency teams to create all communications campaigns and content, for all Suave categories (Hair, Skin Cleansing, Deodorants). Working with the Brand Engagement Manager, you will also assume direct leadership and ownership of digital & social strategy, influencer strategy, creative content, community management, and always-on activity.
