In this role, you will work with the team to build upon Popsicle’s strong positioning in the market and drive the brand’s business results.     What You’ll Do

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with Brand Manager to deliver brand P&L and market share results
    • As a project leader, partner closely with cross-functional team (Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, - Customer development, Finance) to manage operations
    • Lead forecasting, budgeting, tracking of market demand and marketing investment
    • Together with Brand Manager, lead agency teams through ice cream season to deliver media campaigns, digital activation and social media community management
    • Drive the Digital agenda in a highly volatile and competitive environment

    Key Activities:

    • Design and execution of brand campaigns/activation
    • Manage agency and brand team meetings and communications
    • Assist Brand Manager to develop briefs for shopper marketing assets
    • Manage production and deployment of assets with shopper marketing agency
    • Create customer-specific strategies for key retail channels
    • Execute retail optimization programs, including management and tracking of customer sell-in and ongoing execution as well as managing relationships and projects with Category Management, Customer Development and field teams
    • Manage platform budget and legal approvals of contracts
    • Assist Brand Manager in identifying future business development opportunities
    • Conduct market research & analysis to guide business decision making

You provide brand equity and demand driver input to volume forecasting, financial updates, trimester updates, and operations led Fuel for Growth projects (SMART, WC).

    You lead & inspire bold creative work: You lead and develop new brand communication toolkits by managing key agencies and controlling global needs. You lead brand innovation projects, partner in the launch management of innovation, developing and delivering quality. You set national level brand key performance indicator’s and channel marketing strategies.

    You execute flawlessly, track & optimize: You work closely with the local or global Marketing teams to ensure consistent and flawless activation. You support the Brand Manager in delivery of innovation project across multiple regions on time and to Unilever’s high-quality standards.

    What You’ll Need To Succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
    • At least 3 years’ experience in brand marketing or management required
    • Proven ability to demonstrate analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, and forecasting experience required
    • Communications, corporate social responsibility, non-profit, or consumer goods experience preferred
    • Understanding of the US retail environment, direct retail customer experience and digital marketing and/or branding experience preferred
