Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) Position: As a member of a Studio Team, the Associate Marketing Manager has diverse responsibilities that include:
Management Training/Orientation Programs for MBAs:
We believe in developing marketers who are equipped to build brands consumers love. This focus on people manifests itself in individualized development plans and on the job coaching, a growth culture focused on driving out waste and increasing agility, and rotations through roles that stretch and challenge individual capabilities (for example, Brand Marketers receive first-hand marketplace experience through working with our Clorox Sales organization). Our strong formal training program also means that new marketers are set up for success from day one at the company. Business management skills are specifically developed through an orientation to each of the company's functional areas, and training seminars in topics such as business analysis, forecasting, advertising, and interpersonal communication.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (AMM): MBA, with 4 to 5 years pre MBA work experience. Other qualifications include: a demonstrated record of achievement, outstanding leadership skills, and strong analytical/problem solving abilities.
