    Job Summary

    • Develop and Deliver Specifications and Technical Documentation as required to support Innovation projects for Personal Care Brands.
    • Day-to-day Ownership and Management of Unilever's Technical Specification Portfolio for delivery to Supply Chain.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Specification planning for Innovation and Value Improvement Projects
    • Specification Development – For Ingredients, Formulas, Artwork, Finished Goods
    • Creation of Part codes in SAP MDM Tool
    • Execution of agreed cross-functional Specification Management Process
    • Collaboration with Network required to secure accurate input into spec content: Design and Deploy Teams, Technical Management, Regulatory, Brand Development, Brand Building, Suppliers, Procurement, Supply Chain
    • Understand and implement Specification Data Quality Standards
    • Responsible for ensuring that Regional requirements can be met via Global Specifications
    • Status Management- Responsible for the management of the status of all specification types during their lifetime
