Become an expert on The Honest Company and their competitors Visit a set number of retail stores on an average of four times a month for one hour per visit
Ensure that all The Honest Company product is merchandized optimally (ie. displayed in the right locations, with the appropriate accessories, marked with accurate prices, are dust-free, polished, etc)
Pull product out of back stock and replenish displays Identify low and high inventory situations that need to be addressed
Facilitate replenishment of key product by capturing data for reports that account sales managers will utilize
Educate store associates about specific The Honest Company product attributes and marketing messages, based on guidelines
Engage consumers and provide consumer sales support to retail associates
Must have and be able to demonstrate extraordinary communication & organizational skills.
Be comfortable working on your own while receiving remote coaching and supervision.
Possess an outgoing personality with a desire to positively represent The Honest Company
Ability to be flexible and adapt to The Honest Company's ever-evolving retail landscape
Must use digital social sites and understand networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
