Founded by two startup and venture capital veterans, Flip Fit aims to tackle the clothing industry’s biggest problem: waste. Roughly half of all items purchased online are returned, and the problem is that they just don’t fit. Nearly five billion pounds of clothing end up in landfills because of this broken system.Our unique marketplace allows users to shop from home for items they want—but without the hazards of an online marketplace. We send users different sizes and styles sothey can keep what they love and send back what they don’t, hassle-free.

What You’ll Do: One of the essential elements of our platform is the ability to share your new looks with friends to help you make your buying decisions. Users will be rewarded with credit they can spend on new clothes for bringing their friends onto the platform. Building this network of users, voters, and influencers is the core of our business model—and that’s where you come in.

Our growing startup is looking for 4 hardworking, analytical individuals to join our team for 90 days to help us develop and execute processes for onboarding micro-influencers and key users to help our platform expand.We’re looking for process-oriented, logical thinkers who aren’t afraid to develop, analyze, and—most importantly—execute on thorough action plans to help our platform grow and function at an optimal rate.

Objectives of this Role:

• Seek out effective micro-influencers based on key metrics

• Create and manage relationships with micro-influencers and key users to build FlipFit’s presence and brand

• Help Flip Fit rapidly scale up and adjust processes accordingly

• Contribute to brand strategy with valuable, on-the-ground insights

As a ground-floor member of Team Flip Fit, this internship is an opportunity to find a full-time role in a rapidly growing company and learn from leaders in tech, retail, and high-growth startups.
