    Dermalogicais looking for a creative, social-savvyinternto support the US consumer brand marketing team with TikTok growth. The ideal candidate is skincare/beauty-obsessed, digital native, and has a strong understanding of the Tiktok platform and the Tiktok consumer.If you create content on the platform already this job’s for you!

    This is a Part-Time Paid internship, must reside in Southern California.

    The Brand Marketing TikTok Internwill be responsible for research, strategy development, execution, community management and analytics for the TikTok platform. While also assisting on other social platforms.

    Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

    • Research beauty and skin care trending campaigns on TikTok, develop best practices and share learnings with larger consumer and influencer teams
    • Support the Marketing Coordinator in creating a 2021 TikTok strategy and KPIs
    • Support the influencer team with TikTok influencer partnerships, from research to execution and reporting
    • Source content creators on the platform for video collaborations
    • Collaborate and brainstorm with the Marketing Coordinator and Consumer Education Manager to produce engaging, on-brand Tiktok content for the @dermalogica channel
    • Support creation of the monthly Tiktok content calendar with new video ideas and content pieces
    • Discover new brand partnership opportunities
    • Act as a liaison to our professional skin therapists and assist them with content creation and ideation
    • Lead community management on the platform- engage with users and encourage conversation
    • Track analytics and analyze trends, and update larger consumer team in a weekly status meeting
    • Help execute D2C campaigns on the platform
    • Produce, shoot, edit and upload branded content
  • Qualifications
    • BA or BS degree preferred, or in school currently isa plus
    • Strong understanding of TikTok, social media and pop culture
    • Ability to think creatively and balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines
    • Must be a team player and excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite (bonus if proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications)
    • Can-do and positive attitude with a willingness to learn on the job and enjoy problem-solving

    This role will report into the Associate Director of Brand Marketing with a dotted line to the Marketing Coordinator.
