About the role:

• As our business development intern, you’ll develop enterprise platform partnerships to drive new revenue streams by bringing innovative seamless experiences to support employee emotional wellbeing.

You will:

• Research and prospect potential enterprise partners seeking innovative ways to support employee wellbeing
• Research and prospect collaborations with like-minded businesses to create co-branded products or experiences for Mindalt consumer-focused activations
• Collaborate with Mindalt team to ensure partnerships run smoothly, manage relationship engagement and budgets
• Support proposal development
• Report, track, and develop best practices in partner engagement
• Work alongside and learn from a diverse founding team with experience from startups to global firms, luxury to CPG alike (P&G, Unilever, ABinBev, Diageo, Casa Amigos, Harmless Harvest, Spotify, Forbes).

• Demonstrated experience/interest in business development and sales
• Thrive on networking and forging connections
• Ability to think outside the box when it comes to creating win-win relationships that go beyond a transaction
• Excellent communication skills, instinctively can listen and lead with empathy
• Mastery of nuanced follow-up and obsession with executional excellence
• Restless, curious, a problem solver
