    About Business Development...

    • We build market positions in white spaces by identify new opportunities, developing, defining, negotiating and nurturing strong business relationships. We own the business’ P&L end-to-end, partner with customers, distributors and internal cross-functional teams to manage and grow existing businesses, to deliver growth through flawless execution of projects.

    Your key responsibilities include…

    Drive delivery of annual plan for the cluster (TO/USG/UOM) Manage distributor partners in geographies. Oversee development of sales operations processes. Oversee route to market capability development and execution in key markets Work closely with LATAM opco leadership key account management of key regional retail partners

    This is a general management role with full P&L management.

    • MD LATAM
    • Business Development, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain teams
    • External distributors
    • Retail teams (buyers / store managers / senior management)

    KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS…

    • Minimum 8yrs plus in a similar role for other CPG companies
    • Strong negotiation and numeracy skills
    • Able to work well with cross functional remote teams
    • Self-starter with an end to end ownership mindset
    • Aggressive volume hunter with a strong bias for results
    • Must have existing customer list + database (verifiable) for Latin America region / markets
    • Language: English (Spanish not necessary but preferred)
    • Travel: not extensive / expected to travel to industry shows + for scoping new customers in hub markets
