Mindalt is a startup that provides seamless solutions to improve emotional performance and resilience to modern stress. We started with Mindalt Mood Enhancing Deodorant and are expanding to deliver best-in-class natural products and experiences in the CPG category and beyond to pursue this mission. About the role:

As our communication intern, you will create and execute our social media, email, and SMS content and seek relevant content creator partnerships. This will include the support of several immersive experiences and activations as we grow.

You will:

• Create and execute social, email/SMS, and blog content
• Seek out relevant content and social partnerships
• Provide high-level reporting across social channels and leverage data and insights to drive traffic and engagement
• Work alongside and learn from a diverse founding team with experience from startups to global firms, luxury to CPG alike (P&G, Unilever, ABinBev, Diageo, Casa Amigos, Harmless Harvest, Spotify, Forbes).

• Excellent writing skills. Journalism major or creative writing focus is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience/obsession with engagement and building community on digital platforms
• Ability to tailor content for specific outlets/audiences and ability to have fun with our message
• Know Instagram inside and out and love creating leading-edge content; keen to learn, explore new social media platforms and formats
• Experience on all the major social media platforms
• Working with CMS platforms, content editing and basic design tools
• Strong understanding of culture, eye for good design, interest in digital design a plus!
