Are you looking for an experience that will place you directly on a corporate or functional HR team? Colgate interns work closely with an HR Director or Manager and are active members of the team. We delegate projects crafted to be completed and delivered by the end of your internship, that are intended to provide you with operational experience as well as an overview in a specific HR function. Depending on your interests and skills, there are a variety of concentrations where you can contribute and grow your skills:

This position can be based in Piscataway, NJ, or NYC.

You will gain knowledge of and collaborate with Human Resources and other business professionals throughout the internship. In addition, you will be exposed to Colgate's global organization through informal meetings with members of Human Resources and other functions.

• High School Diploma Required
• Current college enrollment and completion of at least one year of college/university
• 3.0 or higher GPA
• Coursework in Human Resources/Organizational Psychology/Industrial Relations
• Strong communication, analytical, relationship building and teamwork skills required
