• You will work closely with an HR Director or Manager, and are active members of the team.
• You will have a project delegated to you designed to be completed and delivered by the end of your internship, that are intended to provide you with operational experience as well as an overview of a specific HR function.

• You will be exposed to Colgate's global organization through informal meetings with members of Human Resources and other functions.

**Qualifications: **

• Pursusing Bachelor’s with coursework in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Industrial Relations
• Graduating between December 2020-December 2022
• 3.0 or higher GPA
• Authorization to work in the United States with no need for sponsorship now or in the future
• Able to work 37.5-40 hours a week for the 10-week Summer Internship program
• Strong communication, analytical, relationship building
• Teamwork skills required
