  • Responsibilities

    We’re on the hunt for a customer experience and community management intern. You’ll be on the front lines representing Clare by responding to customer inquiries across email and social, and proactively engaging with the Clare community! You’ll also help support content creation and learn the ins and outs of building a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business.     What You’ll Do

    Customer Experience

    • Become an absolute expert on all of our products to speak confidently to customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries via email and deliver amazing, efficient and effective customer service that leaves every customer delighted and turns them into lifelong fans of Clare
    • Resolve any customer issues and support the Customer Experience team with returns, order tracking and order changes
    • Proactively suggest ways to make internal processes better and more efficient
    • Raise common questions or concerns from customers to the rest of the team, and recommend potential solutions, where appropriate Social/Community Management
    • Respond to questions from customers on social via DM and comments, for both organic social posts and ads
    • Proactive outreach to engage with the Clare community on social
    • Help with creating content and posting on Pinterest Qualifications: Who You Are
    • Excited to learn about all things paint and to become an expert on Clare’s products
    • A natural people person who’s obsessed with delivering amazing customer support and going above and beyond to solve issues
    • A clear, effective and empathetic verbal and written communicator
    • Calm under pressure and can roll with the energetic pace of a startup environment
    • A critical thinker who is highly organized and detail oriented
    • You have a positive attitude, no task is too small and you’re compelled to go the extra mile to get things done and deliver amazing results
  • Qualifications
    • Current junior or senior undergraduate or graduate student
    • Must be available for a minimum of 15 hours a week
    • Comfort working remotely
    • Proficiency in and knowledge of GSuite and social media platforms
    • Experience with Zendesk and Shopify a plus Desired Skills: Customer Service Experience, Strong Writer, Strong Communicator, Highly Efficient, Process-Oriented, Detail-Oriented, Creative, Social Media Marketing/Management
