The Customer Service Analyst (CSA) is responsible for the validation & execution of incoming customer orders. The Customer Service Analyst works closely with the Logistics Operations Team in optimizing case fill for customer orders, the Customer Transportation Team in ensuring on time delivery of shipments, the Sales team to schedule delivery timing for written orders, and the Planning team to address product availability. The Customer Service Analyst participates in Customer Care Team as a core member in identifying promotional management, efficiency gains, and problem resolution.

You’re a dot connector: The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for the validation & execution of incoming customer orders. You love to win, and have fun doing it: You will link closely with Operations Manager, Customer Planning Forecast and Replenishment Analyst and Event Supply Planner in identifying gaps for seamless order execution and Customer Supply Chain Analyst for Terms of Sale compliance.
You’re a changemaker: You will perform ongoing review with Sales on upcoming promotions, critical stock issues, cut information on sales orders. You will run SAP reports to identify incomplete sales orders, required data maintenance, sales volume, on-time adherence. You will communicate with Supply Chain Planning, production facilities, and warehouses on orders outside normal policy to enable timely service to the customer.
You’re a paradox navigator: You will establish and maintain a positive relationship to collaborate on order management. Work with LOT/CTT/WHS/CD/Planning to identify possible improvements and drive towards flawless execution for order to cash cycle.
