Role Overview: As a Data Science Intern at Clorox, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals on projects involving data analytics, machine learning, and data visualization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Preparation: Clean, format, and gather data related to our products, customers, and markets.
• Analysis: Leverage your analytical skills to uncover valuable insights from our datasets.
• Machine Learning: Assist in building and testing machine learning models to drive product improvements and recommendations.

What we look for:

What we are looking for

Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science or a related field (computer science, mathematics, applied math, statistics or similar)

Technical Skills

• Experience working in Python, with Pandas and Sci-kit learn libraries, as well as with basic machine learning models
• Experience with statistical packages and/or software like R and JMP will be valuable
• Undergraduate level training in probability, statistics, and linear algebra

Other Skills

• Problem-Solving and Creativity:Passionate about breaking down complex problems and devising efficient solutions.
• Effective Communication:Skilled at explaining intricate concepts and influencing others with your ideas.
