  • Responsibilities

    Finance & Accounting at P&G plays a leadership role in strategy setting, decision making, business planning and analysis across all aspects of the business. In addition, we lead Company efforts in Tax, Treasury, M&A, Corporate Strategy, Accounting and Internal Controls.

    Within the Business Units, you will work as the finance leader on a multi-functional team responsible for a brand or category. Within these teams, you will find strong collaboration among team members and an environment where all opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared. The focus is to win as a team with strong individual contributions.

Along with challenging and diverse assignments, you will receive strong support from your manager, mentors and peers.     • Qualified candidates will have a strong academic background and outstanding leadership experience. We are looking for the “very best” with proven track records of success.
    • In order to be eligible for an internship, the candidate must be one year away from their undergraduate degree or in the first year of their MBA.
    • Majors or concentrations must include Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or Taxation.
    • Must have completed at least 2 college-level accounting courses prior to graduation
    • Must be in good academic standing (GPA > 3.0)
    • Qualified candidates must be willing to relocate throughout their career.
