    Typical Entry Level Job Responsibilities:

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Compare actual performance to forecasts, identifying key variance drivers.
    • Prepare and analyze volume shipment reports for senior management.

    Financial Processes:

    • Plan, execute, and enhance quarterly financial forecasting and closing processes.
    • Execute monthly and quarterly close activities in accordance with GAAP for various financial aspects (revenue, deductions, trade spending, etc.).
    • Ensure accuracy of cost and spending-related accounts on financial statements.

    Data Analytics and Insights:

    • Utilize data analytics tools (PowerQuery, PowerBI, Power Automate) for data analysis and visualization.
    • Identify system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop insights to drive business decisions and strategies.
  • Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    • Undergraduate or Master's degree preferably in business, finance, accounting, economics or equivalent work experience.
    • Highly desirable: Data analytics and/or database/ERP experience
