Ecoco - a global beauty brand in business for over 30 years - is looking for an in-house graphic designer to join our team full time. We own three uniquely different beauty/grooming brands and are looking for someone to work across all. Some, but not all, responsibilities will include:

• Packaging design
• Print advertising design
• Web advertising design (social media, email, banner ads)
• Website design
• Determining asset needs and helping create them whenever possible.

About the company and office:

• A hugely successful company has been built over 30 years with a small and nimble team
• Everyone pitches in to get done what is needed
• Project sizes and timelines vary
• We currently have one graphic designer in-house and are looking to build the team. Some services are being outsourced to agencies and we're looking to bring more in-house.
• We're currently located on the northwest side of the city. In early 2018 we'll be moving to the a newly built facility in the Humbolt Park neighborhood!

• 'Yes, and' attitudes only please. We're a small and crafty team that thrives on doing what needs to get done
• An open mind - we know some things that we need, but are also looking someone to help grow that list with a creative mind
• Ability to travel to northwest side of the city
• Must be prepared to send at least 3 work examples with resume.
• 2+ years experience doing graphic design, preferably for a consumer packaged good

• Photography + photo editing skills
• Packaging design experience
• Agency experience
