    Background and Purpose of the Job:

    Human Resources within Unilever delivers a wide range of programs and priorities designed to enable strong business performance. Our HR consulting team is constantly interacting with different parts of the business to address business challenges and priorities in a flexible, nimble way. They work with business leaders to deliver their agenda, champion change and facilitate culture and climate interventions through a well-defined, but always evolving HR strategy. The ultimate goal is to improve capability, build capacity and accelerate Unilever’s culture so we can always be fit to win in the marketplace.

    We are seeking a HR Consultant that has a passion for driving growth & change, problem solving and a real thirst to learn.

    In this role you will work on varying agile project teams across HR and/or business functions including but not limited to:

    • Change management
    • Leadership and Talent development
    • Organization Design & Change
    • People & Capability Development
    • Team development
    • Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Qualifications

    What you will need to succeed:

    • BA/BS Required. MBA or Master(s) is desirable.
    • Experience in an agile and/or fast paced environment; Ability to lead multiple priorities authoritatively and effectively
    • Curious and creative mindset to continually adapt to ever-changing business needs
    • Consistent record of successfully working in a complex organization.
    • 4+ years of HR experience across the following:
    • Change and Project management
    • Leadership and Talent development
    • Labor Relations
    • Organization Design
    • People Development
    • Employee Engagement
    • Familiarity with HR tools, systems & processes
    • Excellent social skills with audiences of all levels
    • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills
