As an inside sales rep, you'll be responsible for inbound/outbound calling using a scripted methodology that describes our products and services, in order to convince potential customers to accept an appointment for a certified sales representative to perform a site assessment and deliver a sales presentation for them in their home.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound/Outbound telephone calls to/from potential customers who have responded to our marketing campaigns in order to solicit sales for ThermoSpas products
Explain the ThermoSpas business model; Sell the value and importance of a site survey to potential customers
Obtain/enter customer information including names, address, phone number(s) and e-mail address
Document call results from customer, including reason for interest, reason for declination and any other noteworthy information
Meet daily, weekly & monthly goals setting appointments for the In-Home Sales Representatives, recognizing and eliminating any potential obstacles to a one call close
Participate in weekly training requirements; provide constructive feedback during coaching sessions
