Why big? Because we’re the world’s leading maker of Chocolate, Biscuits, Candy and Gum. We’re ranked #1 in chocolate, biscuits and candy, and #2 in gum. What’s more, we employ over 100,000 people worldwide and market products in around 165 countries.

Why small? We go out of our way to hear everyone’s point of view, and develop local roots wherever we go. It’s this combination of big and small that drives everything we do.

    The Leadership Development Program

The Mondelez International Leadership Development Program is a 24-month accelerated learning program designed to prepare selected Recruits for future leadership roles within the Commercial (Sales & Marketing) organizations.

The Leadership Development Associates (LDA’s) in the program gain broad exposure to the Sales & Marketing organizations through a combination of diverse rotational assignments and formal training. They are sponsored by a strong network of senior leaders, strong mentors, and advocates. Through these dynamic experiences and relationships, participants will hone their leadership capabilities and analytical skills to become a vital member of this world-class organization. Employees will represent brands in the Nabisco and Cadbury portfolios.
