Mondelēz International Operations assignments are designed for individuals pursuing careers in Engineering and Manufacturing Production/ Operations Management. Our internship assignments focus on practical, value added projects, and related experiences that teach how operations production drives value throughout the organization.

This includes:

• Providing leadership and guidance to employees while optimizing production

• Meeting production schedules in order to achieve business goals

• Communicating effectively with managers, supervisors and employees

• Leading multi-functional project teams of technical and operations functions

• Successful individuals will ideally be pursuing a BS in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Operations Management or Supply Chain.

• Individuals will possess the ability to build and develop strong cross functional relationships in a fast paced manufacturing plant.

• A demonstrated drive for results, ability to set and deliver upon indicated priorities and customer focus is critical to success.
