Responsibilities:

• Post to and manage social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and others

• Manage Customer Service inquires, e mails, returns, etc.

• Collect content and post on blogs, forums, and social networks

• Collect video, photo or written content form ambassador program that can be used for blog posts, Instagram posts and Facebook updates.

• Analytic work through posting on blogs or forums

• Keyword analysis

• Cost/benefit analysis of money being spent in areas such as AdRoll and Facebook.

• Work with the sales team to open new avenues to the brand.

• Must have 3 days per week to actively participate in the day-to-day operations of running the social platforms.

Tools Required:

• IPhone 5 or newer
• Fully functioning Apple Computer
