Become an expert on OXO products 4 month program (September - December) that requires three 4-hour demo store visits on a monthly basis in Williams-Sonoma
Ensure that all OXO product is merchandized optimally (ie. displayed in the best locations, with the appropriate accessories, marked with accurate prices, are dust-free and polished)
Pull product out of back stock and replenish displays
Identify low and high inventory situations that need to be addressed
Capture data in reports that account sales managers will use
Educate store associates about OXO product attributes and marketing messages
Engage consumers and provide consumer sales support to retail associates.
Must have and be able to demonstrate extraordinary communication & organizational skills.
Be comfortable working on your own while receiving remote coaching and supervision.
Possess an outgoing personality with a desire to positively represent OXO in Williams-Sonoma retail stores
Must be able to engage with and educate both store associates and consumers
