You're invited to apply to SC Johnson's Summer Summit Conference - a two day summit this summer that culminates in an interview for next summer's internship!

The Summer Summit Conference in August 2023 is not our internship, and this is focused more on Freshman and Sophomores.

It is a 2-day conference where there is an application and interview process similar to the internship and we bring final candidates on campus for the event.

Day One: Intro to SCJ and more background on what the company is all about and an opportunity to see the campus. This is your chance to ask questions geared towards the history and the values of the company. You’ll get to network with the team and have a chance to hear from some of our leaders as well as play games and review case studies. You’ll be able to develop an understanding what the business function (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or RD&E) does specifically, what working within that function is all about, and a chance to ask a ton of questions to get to know us.

Day Two: Interviews for the following year internship (Summer 2024). So you get a chance to get an early acceptance to the following year’s internship program when you get involved early as a Freshman/Sophomore.
