Who We Are

Founded by two startup and venture capital veterans, Flip Fit aims to tackle the clothing industry’s biggest problem: waste. Roughly half of all items purchased online are returned, and the problem is that they just don’t fit. Nearly five billion pounds of clothing end up in landfills because of this broken system. Our unique marketplace allows users to shop from home for items they want—but without the hazards of an online marketplace. We send users different sizes and styles so they can keep what they love and send back what they don’t, hassle-free.

What You’ll Do

Our growing startup is looking for a hardworking, analytical individual to join our team to help us develop, launch, and optimize ads on Facebook, Google, and similar platforms. We’re looking for process-oriented, logical thinkers who aren’t afraid to develop, analyze, and—most importantly—execute on thorough action plans to help our platform grow and function at an optimal rate.

Objectives of this Role:

• Run, monitor, and adjust ads on Facebook, Google, and similar platforms
• Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to optimize ads
• Help FlipFit rapidly scale up and adjust processes accordingly
• Contribute to brand strategy with valuable, on-the-ground insights
• As a ground-floor member of Team FlipFit, this internship is an opportunity to find a full-time role in a rapidly growing company and learn from leaders in tech, retail, and high-growth startups. Skills and Qualifications

• Recent graduate with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Ad experience with Google, Facebook, or similar platforms
• Rigorous work ethic
