    You are invited to apply to our first-ever L’Oréal Sophomore Seminar in Marketing at our USA headquarters! We’ve developed a two-day intensive, interactive learning experience for you to get exposure to brand marketing from leaders in the industry:

    • Learn about the product development cycle and global marketing and get a glimpse into the worlds of Retail and eCommerce

    • Understand what it means to be Consumer-Centric by working through a real-world business challenge

    • Grow your own personal / professional network and learn how to market yourself for your future career

    • Gain exposure and insights into our summer internship program for rising seniors

  • Qualifications

    We are looking for current Sophomores – Class of 2019 who are not only strong academically, but who also have demonstrated leadership in their on-campus or personal life.

    You should have a creative spirit but be grounded in analytical thinking. This will be a small class of about 20-25 students, so we are only looking for the best and the brightest to participate in this inaugural Seminar.

    The L’Oréal Sophomore Seminar will take place April 28-29, 2017 at the USA Headquarters in New York City with all meals included.

    Requirements

    • You are currently enrolled in a 4-year BA/BS program, any major, at a university in the U.S.

    • Your GPA is 3.2 or above

    • You are a current undergraduate sophomore with an anticipated graduation date between 12/18 – 6/19

    • You can provide proof that you are authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship
