  • Responsibilities

    Day 1 - Friday March 1: Learn industry best practices from leaders in function specific workshops, panels, and interactive activities. Marketing and Commercial Sales tracks will be at our USA Headquarters in NYC; Operations and Research & Innovation tracks will be at our campus in Clark, NJ.

    Day 2 - Saturday March 2: Engage in a collaborative, cross-functional day of case studies, career exploration, and networking with all participants at our USA Headquarters in NYC.

    Who You Are

    • Current Sophomores – Class of December 2020 or May 2021
    • You are currently in a 4-year BA/BS program at a university in the U.S.
    • Overall GPA of 3.25 or above
    • Available to attend both seminar days
    • Ability to commute to both New York, New York and Clark, New Jersey offices without assistance
    • You are authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship
    • Strong demonstrated extracurricular leadership on or off campus
    • A creative spirit but grounded in analytical thinking
    • Ability to solve complex issues and create new ideas
