The Graduate Programme

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a 30 months program where you will have the opportunities to see the whole business and try different roles within our organization, for ex. Controlling, Business Partnering, Accounting or Business Data Analytics. A career in Finance puts you at the heart of business performance management, strategy and planning. In a Finance role with the Unilever Future Leaders Program, you will directly input into Unilever's long, medium and short-term plans as well as our cost reduction programs and innovation projects. Finance plays a critical role across every aspect of our business. We enable the business to turn our ambition and strategy into sustainable, consistent and superior performance.

During the program you will get many unique experiences throughout the different parts of the organization – maybe even abroad. You will be part of both local and Global teams and will therefore fast create a big network across the whole business.

We are looking for someone with a great internal drive and who takes ownership for tasks and get things delivered.

Send your application from 1st February to 29th February. Your application should be submitted in English. After the Application period has ended, you’ll get informed about the process and its possible next steps. Successful candidates will be invited to an U-Finance Camp in April 2020, in our Megamendung Learning Centre.
