We are now looking for driven and analytical HR Trainee to our Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP).

The Graduate Programme

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a three-year program where you will get end-to-end HR business understanding through rotations in different roles within the HR department. Learn everything there is to know about HR; from strategy to business partnering, policies, and expertise. During the program you will get many unique experiences throughout the different parts of the organization – maybe even abroad. You will be part of both local and Global teams and will therefore fast create a big network across the whole business.

You will learn from the best working with our HR department and senior leaders, and your career sponsor will ensure that your next rotation is in line with your career wishes and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong Leadership Skills
• GPA ≥ 3.30
• Open for:
• 2020 Graduates (or will be graduated) from all major
• Professional with maximum 2 years experience
• Extracurricular activities and/or work experiences outside the academic world, that displays your HR understanding, drive and leadership potential
• Preferably having international exposure

Your application should be submitted in English. Successful candidates will be invited to an HR Camp in April 2020 in Grha Unilever, Tangerang.
