We work with passionate chefs in creating their next bestsellers and food business owners from the big chain accounts seeking to excite their menu or startups aspiring to launch their unique food concepts. We do this by offering a wide range of products to support dishes from various cuisines under the world-famous brand Knorr, Lady’s Choice, Best Foods, Carte D’Or and Lipton.

    To join us under UFLP, we offer quite a path of career! We are looking for a person who would like to be keen on Commercial; marketing & sales – truly entrepreneurial, experimental and collaborative. This hybrid role will let you handle the marketing plan to bring our world-popular brand to become even more popular and also to let you be in a front lines to initiate new idea in a kitchen with customers! Apart from regular rotation, you will be placed for an international assignment to learn from different market and bring back home even more fun ideas!

H/she has an entrepreneurial mindset who is not afraid to challenge the norm and owns an ability to tackle tough situations. People who are analytical yet creative, with good gut instinct and who’ll be able to find ways to make our products be a top of mind for food operators & chefs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Brand building
    • You will work to translate visions into a local market context, plan practical activities and make sure those plans are executed flawlessly. Support sales team in each channel with story telling that blow the customers away. Come up with activities that sustain & ensure our leading position in the market
    • Account Management
    • You will work closely with customers to plan and execute activities that would grow both Unilever and the customer’s business. You will build close working relationships with the owners of the biggest food business in the Philippines and execute plans that would secure gains in market share.
