    JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY

    The University Programs Coordinator supports all administrative and operational aspects of the end to end recruitment process including college and internship programs with a high-level of detail and proactive follow-up. This includes ensuring that all new hire paperwork is complete and accurate before moving the new hire information into Workday. The University Programs Coordinator also supports the university programs team and Clorox functional recruitment event volunteers with event logistics, travel, branding and recruiting material organization and delivery.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    TA LOGISTIC & ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES (30%)

    • Manages administrative and coordination functions of the end to end talent acquisition process for University Programs including logistics and event planning for university and diversity recruitment events.
    • Supports interview scheduling, rooms set up, travel arrangements and any other required support activities for the interview and recruiting process.
    • Is responsible for accurate and real time status of all candidates during post offer acceptance stages to ensure timely communication to candidates and stakeholders.
    • Coordinates distribution of new hire packages.
    • Supports all logistics, collateral and provides event coordination for all college and internship activities.
    • Partners with the TA Team to ensures that TA events are planned, calendared and well executed.
    • Supports the delivery of the employment branding collateral materials.
    • Sets up accommodation for company visitors.
    • Ensures timely processing of Employee Referral bonus payments, researching eligibility issues as needed.

    DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE (20%)

    • Processes new hire paperwork including I-9s.
    • Ensures that new hires know their start date, have received the notification to complete their onboarding forms, and an invitation to New Hire Orientation.
    • Manages and reviews all new hire paperwork for accuracy and compliance to Clorox policies and employment standards, and submits to proper areas.
    • Is responsible for recording and maintenance of TA documentation & policies.
    • Corrects and timely status of all candidates to ensure compliance for OFCCP reporting purposes.
    • Manages/resolves hiring related tickets assigned through HR@Clorox Portal, and escalates as appropriate.

    BACKGROUND CHECKS (15%)

    • Manages background checks, ensuring timely processing and escalation of issues.

    BUDGET TRACKING AND INVOICES PROCESS (15%)

    • Gives follow up to TA, functional recruiting and relocation budgets including invoice processing.
    • Handles the invoice approval process and tracks expenses.

    EXTERNAL VENDOR MANAGEMENT (20%)

    • Serves as primary point of contact to University Career Centers for all Clorox university recruitment activities.
    • Partners with external organizations on job postings and event logistics.
    • Manages background check reviews and final recommendations.
  • Qualifications

    KEY SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    YEARS AND TYPE OF EXPERIENCE:

    • 1-2 years' experience in customer service support or human resources administration
    • 1-2 years' experience in human resources specifically in support of a talent acquisition team (preferred)

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • 1-2 years' experience working with Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Power Point
    • Experience with event planning and logistics
    • 1-2 years experience work within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (preferred)
