  • Responsibilities

    We’re on the hunt for a part-time customer experience and community management associate to help out the Clare Crew for 5-7 hours on the weekends. You’ll be on the front lines representing Clare by responding to customer inquiries across email and social and proactively engaging with the Clare community!

    What You’ll Do

    • Become an expert on all Clare products
    • Deliver efficient and effective customer service that leaves every customer delighted and lifelong fans of Clare
    • Communicate with customers via email and social (DMs and comments, for both organic social posts and ads) to answer questions and resolve any issues
    • Share recurring customer feedback with the rest of the team and recommend potential solutions, where appropriate
    • Proactive outreach to engage with the Clare community on social Qualifications Who You Are ● Excited to learn about all things paint and to become an expert on Clare’s products
    • Interested in e-commerce and startups
    • A natural people person who’s obsessed with delivering amazing customer support and going above and beyond to solve issues
    • A clear, effective and empathetic verbal and written communicator
    • Calm under pressure and can roll with the energetic pace of a startup environment
    • A critical thinker who is highly organized and detail oriented
    • You have a positive attitude and you’re compelled to go the extra mile to get things done and deliver amazing results
  • Qualifications
    • At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role (internships and/or school experience count!)
    • Must be available for 5-7 hours on the weekends (e.g. morning shift ~9-11am ET, evening shift ~4-6pm ET — times flexible)
    • Comfort working remotely
    • Proficiency in and knowledge of GSuite and social media platforms
    • Experience with Zendesk and Shopify a plus
