    We want you to be our next Manager-In-Development! We are looking for an entry level manager who possesses demonstrated leadership ability to join our team. Stanley Steemer relies on strong, customer oriented field managers to run our locations. We want to teach our business to hard working, motivated individuals. We will not only teach you the business, but also how to be a leader in the market.

    With the Manager in Development program you will be able to learn every aspect of our company from the carpet up. After a successful 9-12 months of training, we will relocate you to any of our corporately owned branches across America.     You will be responsible for:

    • Manager Profit (& Loss) Statements

    • Hire, Train, and Motivated 20 - 30 Employees

    • Manage Payroll

    • Provide exceptional customer service

    • Run the Business!

    After successfully completing the development program, manager trainees are presented with the opportunity to manage a location in one of our established markets in the United States. Stanley Steemer is a privately held manufacturing, sales and flooring services provider with over 300 locations (including franchisees) operating in 48 states.

  • Qualifications
    • Candidates MUST be willing to relocate throughout the continental U.S.

    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred

    • 1-3 years job-related experience a plus

    • Experience in service industries a plus

  • Compensation
    $40,000 - $45,000 during training with a pay increase after training is complete.
