You will actively be communicating with individuals who have sales or support related questions.
You will also be responsible for prospecting and engaging potential customers via social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) and educating them about Skopenow.
The job will also require you to communicate with our current customers via our built in chat tool as well as answering any customer calls.
This is not just a sales/support role, you will be thinking of creative ways to engage potential customers and corporations by orchestrating new acquisition strategies.
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media Platforms. Has high Energy and creativity
Recent graduate or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in the fields of information technology, marketing, business development, or related business major.
Familiarity with various social media platforms
Intellectual curiosity & honesty

We are an up and coming start-up. Skopenow is a people search engine for fraud and risk. Our product is designed for use in B2B industries such as insurance, law, government, and security. We are currently working on the next phase of our product and are looking to add ambitious, creative, funny, outgoing, and intelligent people to join the Skopenow team.
