A Day in the Life a Pronto Inside Sales Representative:

• Answer 20 to 30 inbound sales calls, emails, and text messages
• Understand homeowner needs and provide home repair solutions
• Answering potential questions to overcome resistance and objections; quoting prices and closing the sales
• Maintain an accurate record of customers and their needs in the CRM
• Ensure 100 % customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• Ability to ask for the sale and follow through to close
• Knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales, following up)
• Proven track record of exceeding goals and quotas
• Strong phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening and presentation skills
• Availability to work weekends
